服务条款
1. 条款接受
下载、安装、使用或购买 MolStudio 或 MolInsight（以下合称「本软件」）即表示你已阅读并同意本服务条款。若不同意，请勿使用本软件。
本条款中的「我们 / 卖方」指 MolStudio 与 MolInsight 的个人开发者（自然人，非企业法人）。买方通过境外商户记录方（MoR）付款时，卖方为该 MoR，交易同时受该 MoR 的买家条款约束。
2. 授权授予
- 个人商用版：永久、非独占、不可转让的授权，绑定 1 台机器。
- 免费版：仅限个人非商用与教育科研使用，功能受限，不得用于任何商业用途。
- 试用版：7 天全功能评估（导出受限），到期后需购买授权方可继续使用商用功能。
3. 使用限制
你不得：逆向工程、反编译、破解，或以任何方式绕过授权校验与功能门控；不得再分发、出租、转售、共享激活码，或将以本软件为基础的能力作为对外服务提供，除非另有书面许可。
4. 更新与支持
商用授权含邮件支持，并包含所购大版本（v1.x）内的全部更新。跨大版本升级（如 v2.0）需另行购买；老客户升级价为 MolStudio ¥499 / $79、MolInsight ¥299 / $49，最终以价格页公布为准。
5. 知识产权
本软件及其全部知识产权归开发者所有。软件内集成的第三方组件（如 PySide6、RDKit、AutoDock Vina 等）适用其各自的开源许可。
6. 免责声明
本软件为科研与教育用途的分子建模工具，不构成医疗或诊断建议，不得用于临床决策。软件按「现状」提供，我们不保证其无错误或适用于任何特定目的。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失不承担责任；我们的累计责任不超过你就本软件实际支付的费用。
8. 适用法律与争议解决
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（为本条之目的，不含其冲突法规则）。因本条款或使用本软件引起的任何争议，双方应先友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交卖方住所地有管辖权的人民法院处理。通过境外 MoR 完成的购买，其交易条款由该 MoR 与其买家条款共同约定。
9. 条款变更
我们可能不时更新本条款，重大变更将在本页面或应用内通知。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, using or purchasing MolStudio or MolInsight (together, the "Software"), you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
In these terms, "we" / "the seller" refers to the individual developer behind MolStudio and MolInsight (a natural person, not a corporate entity). Where the buyer pays through an overseas Merchant of Record (MoR), the seller is that MoR, and the transaction is also subject to that MoR's buyer terms.
2. License grant
- Personal Commercial: a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license bound to one machine.
- Free edition: for personal non-commercial and academic use only, feature-limited, and not for any commercial purpose.
- Trial: a 7-day full-feature evaluation (export disabled); a paid license is required afterwards to keep using commercial features.
3. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or otherwise bypass the license check and feature gating; and you may not redistribute, rent, resell, share activation keys, or provide capabilities based on the Software as a service to third parties, unless separately authorized in writing.
4. Updates and support
A commercial license includes email support and every update released within the major version you purchased (v1.x). Moving to a newer major version (e.g. v2.0) requires a separate upgrade purchase; the existing-customer price is $79 for MolStudio and $49 for MolInsight, as published on the pricing page.
5. Intellectual property
The Software and all of its intellectual property remain the property of the developer. Third-party components bundled with the Software (e.g. PySide6, RDKit, AutoDock Vina) are governed by their respective open-source licenses. The complete notices, with the verbatim text of every license, are provided in the third-party license inventory and are installed alongside the Software.
6. Disclaimer
The Software is a molecular modeling tool for research and educational use. It does not provide medical or diagnostic advice and must not be used for clinical decisions. The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of being error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Software.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict-of-law rules for this purpose). Any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of the Software shall first be resolved by friendly negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction at the seller's domicile. For purchases completed through an overseas MoR, the transaction terms are set by that MoR together with its buyer terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on this page or in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
